The key to planning an event off-shore is making sure you have the right people in place. Based in New Zealand is Angela Munro. Angela is responsible for initial briefing, the development of the wedding concept and making sure the wedding has the appropriate tone. Angela has a range of trusted contacts and suppliers based in Rarotonga. Using people on the ground that have local knowledge is a fundamental part of the wedding plan, whether it is organising caterers, employing local people or assisting with accommodation bookings.
